JUDGE CHITRA BEDI- Telgi scam

With the change of JUDGE CHITRA BEDI hearing the Telgi scam, the intention of the administration to expediate the case seems like a mere lip service. To give statement on News channels or Press briefings and still hold big fishes and let these politicians cling to the Y to Z plus security is nothing but a by-product of our democracy going the much easy and lose way.

There definately seems some mens rea to let the case die a natural death and buried in the sands of delays and transfers than see the real culprits leave their palatial bungalows and spent the rest of their lives behind the bars.

Ramdev

Ramdev is no doudt doing an excellent reformation and rekindling of our lost moral fabric... But the way he is doing and his use of words show his biasness and are brazenly one sided.

Why has Ramdev not taken a crusade for justice against his one time close disciple N.D. Tiwari whose womanizing obsession led to his removal on being caught with three naked girls in the predicts of Raj Bhawan?

Why is Ramdev not sticking his neck out on this issue?

Does Mayawati lacks the feel of Womanhood?

Mayawati born in a most ordinary family, poorest to the extent of not even affording a day's meal has been a blot on womanhood in particluar and on humanity in general.

Insensitive to the regular crimes of rapes and eve teasing . Her suddeness to pop up two ministers to National level Volley ball player Arunima Sinha who lost her leg after being thrown out of the train by three chain snatchers and lying unattended writhing in pain, smacks of snatching some media TRPs rather than any serious human sentiments. The bigger question is "Can such breed of politicians be remotely called Humans because of whose arrogance and unworthiness- the society not only suffers but bleeds...?"

Dr Misra (Arunima Sinha's doctor) said, “She has suffered so many serious injuries that her pelvic is also fractured. We will also assess her for her spine as she has been complaining of pain in her back. Ms. Sinha at present is both physically and emotionally drained out.

The good part is the Sports Ministry will bear the expenses for it,” Mr. Ajay Maken Union Sports Minister had said.

But Still the question remains the same: "Can such breed of politicians be remotely called Humans because of whose arrogance and unworthiness- the society not only suffers but bleeds...?"

Double standards of so called High Profile people of India

Its Shame for people like Ex. CM Kumaraswamy to blatantly say : "No Politician can survive without black money" and Kapil Sibal saying : "What can lokpal Bill do? Hasn't India developed without the Lokpal bill? Has corruption come to an end in states having Lokayutak? "

If that be so, Crime is increasing day in and out. Uncivilized treatments to the women in the cubs, cars and lot many places... despite all tall claims to curb them and provide security.
Manu Sharmas defended by Ram Jethmalanis in a brazen attempt to hijack and mislead the facts.

So does it mean - Police stations and Courts be shut down ... Mr.Sibal?

Adding to this, Ramdev is no doudt doing an excellent reformation and rekindling of our lost moral fabric but the way he is doing and his use of words show his biasness and are brazenly one sided.

Why has Ramdev not taken a Crusade for justice against his one time close disciple N.D. Tiwari whose womanising obsession led to his removal on being caught with three undressed girls in the precincts of Raj Bhawan...?

Now the question is: Why is Ramdev not asking his neck????

The Spoilt Indian era.........

Kanimozhi had quite a fancy for camers when she entered Parliament. The self eulogised breed of dynastic politics posed, smiled, cracked a joke and uttered the half-eaten words in the honour of the great father.

Media for once dint leave the point to include her in the sanctum - sanctonium of 21st century India, forgetting the true picture of nepotims and dynastic proportions eating into public space and time.

The bewitched smile and media campaign of YOUNG-INDIA, goes beyond the goodies of cosmetic laughters. Kanimozhi's reflection of Young India mismatches her surreptious deeds and manipulative skills..........

Coalition of Black-mailer's politics,,,,,,

Ours has proved to be a democracy of black-mailers , intimidation , sycophancy, nepotism, traitors and scandals. It has become an official instuement of legalising wrong doings and bartering one's support for plum cabinet berths.

The DMK's withdrawl of support to the Govt after milking tons of the tax payer's money has once again exposed the hollowness of our democratic activism and the naked authorisation of blatant violations of law in every sphere of its existance.
The well-known Raja's tryst with swindling thousands of crores in the DMK's coffers and to Kanimozhi's NGO is worse than Britisher's or Mogul's plundering of national wealth.

Not to say Mulayam, Karat, Jayalalitha all have shown their true colours when ever the time to prove democratic institutions has befallen on India's lap. All have manipulated the sacred tenets of democracy like the ruthless czars of a spoiled autocracy.

Democracy surely has become the last laugh of these traitors, the authorised refuge of nation's smugllers......the more we allow this to abzorb in our silence , the more deafening its going to be proved.

Unsigned Credit Cards

Why is there no strictness to sign on the back side of the credit cards............

There are usually 80% of cases in which cards are unsigned.............and in some cases customer feels his right to not sign it........argue and create a scene as no other retailor had ever asked him to........
Something that can easily be avoided............if things are in their wise mind,,,,,

Slit on the roads ,,,A perenial negligence.........

The drains are cleaned and the slit is dumped on the roads and at times in the middle of the roads. None of the carts are ever seen to collect them for days on end which results in the same slit and garbage being spread on the roads and finally being washed away by the rains.

Why then cribb if its chicken-guniea or swine flu ........

Isn't it a classic case of the cart before the horse when we shed crocodile tears and emotions so high on promise after promise with every life thats lost......

with thousands of avoidable casualities , it has become a routine of sorts.......

The Ever Betrayal of Police.........

Its not difficult to understand the failure of Delhi Police to control the crime so blatant in Delhi that at times its wise and satisfying to believe the non-existence of any agency than to crib about its occurrence.

The first and foremost is the absence of a semblance of patrolling in the markets, rash driving where their are schools, especially the govt ones where boys are seen ransacking the colony roads during the class timings, tinted glasses still unabated, loud music, drunkard driving after 5 pm, open eve-teasing....to name a few............

No amount of increase in police rank and file or state-of-the art patrolling vans,,,,,,,, would suffice a mere honest intent of the top-brasses with a clear and loud message down the line for competitiveness, time-oriented and corruption-free policing .

Statistics may sound good but on the ground reality spoils the reputation,,,,,,,,,,,, The senior strata of police has to work beyond the police briefings as they would do for the next CWG .

After all haven't we had the only 15 days crime-free Delhi when the whole of khaki was out on the roads during CommonWealth Games.

The good Commissioner should be listening.....................

AN END TO OUR DIABETIC DEMOCRACY.......REVOLUTION --THE ONLY WAY.

The revolution in Egypt should be an eye-opener to us in India as well. They fought for democracy to prevail ..........we shall have to fight for an aberrated democracy to end...........

India today has double standards,,,,,,,,,, " THE DOCTRINE OF UNABATED TRAITORS " ruling the nation.................. Nepotism, corruption, witch-hunting, 153 official goondas in the parliament-----all vices of the feudalistic era, autocratic regime and dictatorship having crept in our so called Democratic Governance,,,,,,,,,,,,

In the garb of democracy we have actually seen a shameless set of post-independant politicians raping the very preamble which our founding fathers had sacrificed their lives for,,,,,,,,

Caste, religion, language, reservations, communalism--------- the policy of divide and rule on these lines has been skillfully mastered by these politicians perhaps to a better node than Britishers ever did,,,,,,
........or else how would one explain the so called educated politician like Sachin Pilot pathetically advocating the GUJJAR card
.........or Karunanidhi's daughter adorning the hat of youthful new India turning a silent nightingale losing herself in the din of 400 crore kickbacks,,,,,,
.........or Buta Singh who is supposed to protect backwards demanding 3 crores from a dalit
.........or a rape victim immolating herself outside Police Hqrs in U.P. because the FIR was not registered,,,,,,,,
..........or a system in which upright officers end their lives rather than be a part of corrupt administration................

Well time to wait for a silent revolution not for the democracy to prevail but this DIABETIC DEMOCRACY to end......

The Impotent Woman Power of an Impotent System

Quite an Irony...................

Actually an outcome of an IMPOTENT administration..........

A woman President.................

A woman Chief Minister in Delhi for almost 10 years..............

A woman President of a national party for more than 10 years........

A woman speaker in the Parliament....................

A woman dalit CM in UP ................................

Still women being treated much worse than in medieval era,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
still crime on the increase,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
conviction rate --negligible,,,,,,,,,,,,
and all that because,,,,,,,,the administration is impotent, rudderless and unvisionary.

Isn't this a slur on our democracy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Isn't this a slur on these very women who have betrayed their feminism ......
have been just mute spectators confined to their security guards.......

Shouldn't they be hanging their heads in shame.......?

THE ELUSIVE POLICE.........

why is it that the our police which is so meticulous in tightening of security ,,,,,,,,from Obama's visit to holding IPLs and CWG to provide a multi tier security ring for occasions like 15th August and 26th Jan failing pathetically to provide security to the common man on the ground.......

A jungle raj where women walking on the road is hushed and pushed into the tinted glassed vehicles ...raped on the roads that are on special occasions protected as a fort .........and then remniscent of a medieval era thrown naked on the streets ...............How is it that such barbaric incidents are ever on the increase despite having such a marvellous and world class flawless police or is it that our intelligent officers have been reduced to a mere event management company to provide security in particular events of cricket matches or international sports paegents .

when goondas rule U.P.

Mayawati would have cried hoarse and shrieked loud if all these what is happening under her rule would have happened if she would have been not in power.

A dalit girl raped when a dalit herself is a C.M and then the shabby investigations victimise the sufferer.

A GIRL's HANDS AND FEET CHOPPED BY THE RAPISTS WHO TRIED TO RAPE HER........ALL done when the helpless girl fought and resisted the rape............

To this height have we stooped that we deserve not to be called a civilized society... more-over when the power has been catapulated on slogans of dalit atrocities and SC/ST issues............

Why is Mayawati quite a disastor...............why no slogan shouting at the drop of the hat now ,,,,,,why no Ambedkar mantra

Or was it her... one of a third rated ploy................to let crime nurture itself...............
all this .. when we have a dalit CM herself,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The feasibility of DEMOCRACY needs to be seen through such a spectrum....................

It happens only in India ..............

Incorrigibility has become the lifeline of our workmanship. The falling of small kids and even adults in the uncovered manholes or in pits due to the negligence of agencies is something that cannot be allowed to be buried in the heaps of files.

Accident is something that happens unexpected, instantly and which does not lie in the domain of human management for that given particular period of time. Human progressive approach henceforth lies in improving the aberrations--- working on the shortfalls and striving not to let it happen.

Perennial re occurrence of manholes-- left uncovered cannot be termed as an accident--- not to be passed in such an astonishingly casual manner. But unfortunately neither the government nor any of the so called human rights organizations considered it worth enough a subject to be serious about.

Continuous loss of life due to negligence of authorities is a serious criminal matter which has not been looked through the prism of “Law of Torts”. Proper accountability and holding the concerned employee responsible with strict penalties as under the law is the call of the time.
It is surely about time to call off the bluff and adopt long term measures. After all it is State’s responsibility to ensure the safety of its citizens. Why wait for the day when CM be sued for every loss of life due to negligence of the State.

The stink of Mulayam under the garb of Lohia

There couldn’t have been a more perverted, cheap and unorthodox example of a politician in Indian History than the likes of Mulayam Singh Yadav and company. With such a rotten sense of thinking and stinking vision, these people sailing on dalit/SC/ST vote-bank politics and harping of on Ram Manohar Lohia’s name have literally taken India on to the dumping ground of vulgar and abusive benchmark of politics.

That our Democracy is so feeble and flexible is highlighted by such brand of eccentrics who are not even capable of sitting with statesmen and thinkers, let alone rule the country. That they have been on the golden platter of aristocracy by some fluke of good stars – surely they do make up that specific bunch of rowdies, criminals and misbehaved jokers who deserve a ticket to the prisons.

Ridiculing the women parliamentarians to be the one inviting whistlers, Mulayam must be asked to spell the bouts of whistles which his charming, good-looking, youthful daughter-in-law would have had while contesting the polls or how many times would he himself and his disgraced rustic clan would have whistled at beauty queens like Jayaprada, Hema Malini, or all those bevy of sexy heroines which they usually parade during election campaigns.

Well, not to ask about Jaya Bachan and Aishwarya Rai who have been family like in the past. Should we then believe that it was buy-one-get-one bonus and the party of socialists in the name of Ram Manohar Lohia used to have colourful bout of whistles at the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo.

Well time for Jaya Bachan, who once roared that S P never leaves your hand once they hold it to take shelter in the following adage – “If you are guest of an own, you would have to hand upside down”. And of course, the merry round of whistles and tempting eyes which they would have always feasted on these sexy ladies.

Ansari’s cakewalk over the Women’s Bill

Hamid Ansari deserves kudos for efficiently handling the House during the Women’s Reservation Bill that was passed by a majority of 186 – 1. One could see not only the ferociousness that is needed to counter the lumpen MPs but the grace and dignity which he maintained even while admonishing the hooligans (wearing the garb of Members of Parliament) ----is what makes him a man of discipline, a person strong enough to take quick and tough decisions – someone who means business with a no non-sense approach.\

History would recall many in his shoes in the past have literally given-in to their nerves and broken down while handling the goondaism and humiliation of these official goons of the Parliament.

It is but unfortunate to see the standards and qualitative aspect of these MPs who look more as rowdies on the street and criminals of the most heinous crimes. No wonder 1/5th of the Parliamentarians have cases ranging upto 30 – 40s; including as barbarious and heinous as rapes, murders, attempt to murder, threatening, abductions, floundering the coffers of our Nation, frauds, etc.

Tearing off the copies of the Bill, throwing of microphones and other stationaries, spilling the torn pieces on the Vice President and humiliating him can no longer be termed as the accepted ways to oppose in any progressive democratic society. More than this, the limit was crossed when even after being physically thrown out of the house by Marshals - these loafers of our freat democract had the cheek to justify their act even to the extent of repeating it--- in the most vociferous tone of their voices.

Although there have been a few instances where I would really not agree with Mr. Ansari’s views and his way of working but the present case exposes his mettle and grit in maintaining the decorum of the House under the most severe and volatile conditions. Until some severe hard talking is not done and their rabid bark not tamed or till the time all parties do not filter out the best of the talent----- the day belongs to Mr Hamid Ansari.

Well, he is one man who knows the skill of having the cake,

and.....EAT IT TOOOOOOOOOOO .

CJI’s Misdemenour… the Proverbial Foot in The Mouth

It certainly does not behove a person of the stature of CJI K.G.Balakrishnan to advocate such a hollow suggestion that not only insults the dignity of a woman but pushes her to the position she held in the medieval era. It actually is devoid of any legal sense of justification that is obviously expected from such a legal luminary. It reflects the mindset of a Panchayat level where education, human sentiments and status of a woman hardly exist, rather than emanating from someone who is experienced to understand the plight of the victim and her horrendous journey to justice.

The statement made by the first Dalit Chief Justice of India that due regard should be given to the wishes of a rape victim if she chooses to marry the rapist or have the baby conceived as a result of the crime is hardly in line with what must be construed as a progressive measure in the affirmative direction of the status of the victims – be it in dalit, oppressed, backwards or general category. That the good Chief Justice should have gone down his memory lane to rekindle the experiences of the unprivileged in the society and the injustice his community still suffers, he would have been balanced in his emotional judicial activism.

One need not be an angel to fathom what the first and foremost wish of a rape victim would be. Rather than justice, pushing her to accept the humiliation and live with it throughout in suffocation is killing her not once but making her live each day in denial of self-respect and human dignity. Barring a remote fraction of any genuine hit, this would in fact license the rapists to take the shelter of this gory crime in fulfilling their nefarious wishes. It would be perhaps a cake walk to coerce the victim after being forcibly physical with her in the backdrop of socio-cultural-economical factors. It would in fact be a step forward to legalise the man who has outraged her modesty and encourage the society to actually rape women at the drop of a hat in order to escape the severe sections of IPC by marrying the victim.

Rape is surely not something that society should gloat over or for judiciary to undermine the fundamental rights of equality, gender self-respect and the right to live with dignity as enshrined in our constitution.

What is least expected from a dalit holding the top legal post is to refine reforms , speed up the process of justice to improve the lot of his clan in particular and the plight of victims in general.

Rape is a stigma to be cured rather to glorify with an emotional mask.

THE PERENNIAL INDIAN FALL

It has been happening almost on a daily basis. The only difference is the media coverage that either leads to one line obituary or at times a 24 hrs coverage of one particular child falling in the deep dug hole with full masala of channel crews lined up, reporters making a bee-line for the minister or CM…. Every hour “Breaking News” highlighting the vociferous attacks on the negligence of the administration, bit by bit panning of cameras on the inconsolable family members, interviewing the relatives and finally treating the incident – another story that made a common man do a momentary shocking up.

On March 02, 2010, a 12 year old boy drowned in a pit in South Delhi because the civic agencies forgot to fill up the ditch they dug. The tragedy remains as it ever was. One after the other incidents have failed to wake up the agencies from their slumber. Unprofessional working ethics, corruption, unwillingness, not fixing the responsibility factor, etc. have lead and would continue to lead many more lives into the death traps which could have been saved otherwise.
Except for running under the shelter of various excuses, things have not changed. The 10 – 30% commission of the Councillors, MLAs, Jr. Engineer, Asst. Engineer and the sharing off the cut by the contractors to people who matter have undoubtedly thrown to winds any safety guards that otherwise form the basis of such vulnerable projects.

The sleeping judiciary, lethargic investigations have added to the near collapse of the justice delivery system. The almost on-existent use of “Law of Torts” and lack of accountability have literally frozen the corrective measures and unluckily we would keep seeing the media howling after every fall and administration declined to better its score………

THE WILD INDIAN POLITICS DRAMA

The three opportunist Yadavs who joined in to oppose the Women’s Bill got to give the Nation one big explanation. Under what category of reservations did the illiterate, unprofessional, inexperienced, non-working Rabri Devi popped up as the CM of Bihar. Surely, none of any known provisions of women reservations-- be it OBC, SC, ST or any other were applied. The only provision applicable was Laalu’s hijacking abilities, unethical maneuvering of vote-bank and lustful hunger to clinch on to power.
Why did not they protest then when the string-pulled puppet occupied the vital CM chair? When more deserving OBC, SC, ST, dalit women with much better abilities, capabilities, sincerity and experience were available, Rabri Devi who didn’t have the confidence to even speak a word or to frame one single sentence catapulted to the topmost post by virtue of being the Laalu’s wife.
Why didn’t Sadhu Yadav who was barking wildly in front of the cameras , or the other Yadav-clan, utter a word at the injustice done to the more deserving Dalit, SC, ST, OBC women?
Why didn’t anyone raise a voice at the category of meritorious women for whom they are agitating to include in the Women Bill?
Why was no hue and cry raised at the injustice done to millions of other backward women – when the most undeserving of them occupied the chair?
The bottom-line is not the real intent to better the plight of the backward women but to oven their political cake by hogging he limelight and be on the prime time news.
Such a bunch of political jokers is the reason for letting and leading the Nation to a doomsday. The sooner this evil is nipped in the bud, the better it is for the progressive society….
